Regulatory Control Officer (m/f/d)
(Frankfurt am Main)

Als Teil des GTB (Global Transaction Banking) Client Service Teams ist der/die Regulatory Control Officer für alle erforderlichen Prozesskontrollen, die Durchführung der vierteljährlichen internen Kontrollkampagne als auch für die pünktliche Durchführung des regulatorischen Reportings (Zahlungsverkehrsstatistik/CESOP/KWG24c) verantwortlich.

Zu der Aufgabe gehört auch die Pflege und Verifizierung von Unterschriften, sowie die Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen für Saldenbestätigungen im Zusammenhang mit der Geschäftsbeziehung zu SG Frankfurt/GTPS.

Die Rolle erfordert eine starke Kundenorientierung, gute Cash Management Kenntnisse, detaillierte operative Prozesskenntnisse, Kenntnisse der Regulierungs- und Risikoprozesse, analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie jederzeit professionelle Integrität.

Er/sie ist ein effektiver Teamplayer und verfügt über ausgezeichnete zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten (sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich). Er/sie besitzt die Fähigkeit, Geschäftsbeziehungen auf operativer Ebene in unserer internationalen Organisation aufzubauen, auszubauen und zu beeinflussen.


Aufgaben
  • Ausführen des regulatorischen Reportings in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Teams in Indien
  • Pflege und Verifizierung der Unterschriftsvollmachten für unsere Geschäftsbeziehungen
  • Vorbereiten und Erstellen von Saldenbestätigungen und Bankbestätigungen gemäß Kundenanfrage
  • Einholen von FATCA- und CRS-Formularen von Kunden
  • Unterstützung des KWG §24c/Zahlungsverkehrsstatistik/CESOP – Reportings
  • Durchführung von regelmäßigen Kontrollen zur Bargeldeinzahlung, zu ruhenden Konten, Systemeingaben, etc.
  • Unterstützung bei der Erfüllung regulatorischer Verpflichtungen
  • Durchführung der vierteljährlichen internen Kontrollkampagne auf Prozessintegrität
  • Durchführung eines regelmäßigen Reportings an verschiedene Stakeholder
  • Erfassen von Kunden-Complaints, Operational Loss Events, Incidents
  • Beantwortung von Ad-Hoc Anfragen
  • Regelmäßiger Austausch mit den Compliance- und Geldwäsche-Teams
  • Unterstützung des KYC Onboarding- und Review Prozesses
  • Konzeption und Implementierung von Prozessen im Regulatorik-/Risiko Kontext

Profil

Erfahrung und technische Qualifikation:

  • Hochschulabschluss in Finanzen/Betriebswirtschaftslehre/Rechtswissenschaft oder verwandten Bereichen
  • Erste Erfahrungen in der Finanzindustrie
  • Interesse für Regulatorische Anforderungen an Banken
  • Kenntnisse in Zahlungsverkehr und Cash Management
  • Fundierte MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (schriftlich und mündlich) sind unerlässlich, Französisch von Vorteil
