**Teambeschreibung und Rollendetails**

Das Regulatory Adherence Team ist Teil der Second Line of Defense, die für den Lebenszyklus von regulatorischen Änderungen und das Management des regulatorischen Änderungsrisikos verantwortlich ist. Das Team leitet den Prozess rund um die Bewertung von regulatorischen Änderungen und deren Auswirkungen auf die Deutsche Bank, ihr Geschäft oder ihre Infrastruktur weltweit. Sie tragen dazu bei innerhalb der Bank für regulatorische Änderungen zu sensibilisieren und stellen sicher, dass Funktionen relevante Vorschriften einhalten.

Regulatory Adherence ist Teil der Global Central Compliance Division der Deutschen Bank. Die Abteilung Global Central Compliance umfasst auch (i) andere zentrale Compliance-Funktionen wie Policy Governance, Compliance Risk Management, Regulatory Training, Position Reporting, Client Assets and Safe Custody Compliance und Cross Border Compliance, (ii) Infrastructure Compliance und (iii) Conduct Risk Management. Durch die Teilnahme an Global Central Compliance erhalten Teammitglieder die Möglichkeit, in allen globalen Regionen zusammenzuarbeiten und voneinander zu lernen, um sich ein breiteres Spektrum an Kompetenzen und Erfahrungen zu verschaffen und sich innerhalb von Compliance und der Deutschen Bank weiterzubilden.

**Ihre Hauptverantwortlichkeiten**
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Einhaltung globaler regulatorischer Änderungen, einschließlich der Bewertung und Mitteilung regulatorischer Anpassungen, die sich auf die Deutsche Bank auswirken.
- Bei der Bewertung beziehen die Interessen der KollegInnen in Compliance und der relevanten Unternehmens
- und Infrastrukturakteuren bei der Bewertung regulatorischer Änderungen mit ein.
- Durch Ihre Folgenabschätzung und Umsetzung neuer und geänderter Gesetze, Regeln und Vorschriften, gewährleisten Sie die Einhaltung laufender Kontrollstandards und Verordnungen.
- Sie unterstützen den Global Head of Regulatory Adherence bei der Erreichung der Ziele der Compliance Abteilung und der Aufrechterhaltung des Engagements und der Unterstützung der Stakeholder.

**Ihre Kompetenzen und Erfahrungen**
- Sie verfügen über gute Kenntnisse der europäischen/globalen Regulierungsverordnungen für Banken und Finanzdienstleistungen und über ein Verständnis des Lebenszyklus von regulatorischen Veränderungen.
- Sie bringen ein gutes Verständnis der regulatorischen Vorschriften der aktuellen Banken und Finanzdienstleistungen mit.
- Sie verfügen über die Fähigkeit, mit mehreren Interessensgruppen proaktiv und professionell zusammenzuarbeiten und halten die Ergebnisse nach.
- Sie sind in der Lage, regulatorische Änderungen klar und verständlich zu kommunizieren, sowohl in Präsentationen als auch in schriftlichen Unterlagen, um die Adressaten abzuholen und mitzunehmen.
- Sie verfügen über die Fähigkeit große Datenmengen zu verwalten und legen dabei Augenmerk auf Details.
- Sie arbeiten sowohl zuverlässig und eigenständig, zeichnen sich aber auch durch Ihre ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit aus.
- Fließende Deutsch und/oder Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (fließende Kenntnisse in einer der beiden Sprachen ist Voraussetzung für die Position).

The Regulatory Adherence Team is the 2nd Line control function responsible for the lifecycle for regulatory change and management of the regulatory change risk. The team manages the process around the assessment of regulatory change and the impact those changes have on Deutsche Bank, it's business or infrastructure functions globally. You will be helping to raise awareness within the Bank of regulatory changes, and challenging functions to ensure regulatory adherence is maintained.

Regulatory Adherence sits within the Deutsche Bank's Global Central Compliance Division. The Global Central Compliance Division also includes (i) other core central compliance functions like Policies Governance, Compliance Risk Management, Regulatory Training, Position Reporting, Clients Assets and Safe Custody Compliance, and Cross Border Compliance, (ii) Infrastructure Compliance, and (iii) Conduct Risk Compliance. **Your key responsibilities**
- Responsible for the process for Regulatory change adherence globally, including assessing and communicating regulatory changes impacting Deutsche Bank.
- Stakeholder engagement with colleagues in Compliance and multiple business and infrastructure stakeholders in the provision and assessment of regulatory change.
