Key Account Manager (m/w/d)
Aufgaben
- Sie betreuen den bestehenden Kundenbestand und bauen diesen weiter aus
- Sie identifizieren Wachstumsmöglichkeiten für das Unternehmen durch neue Produkte, entwickeln Konzepte und treiben diese in Projekten voran
- Sie evaluieren den Markt und die Wettbewerbssituation bezogen auf die Kunden und implementieren entsprechende Maßnahmen in Abstimmung mit den Geschäftsbereichen der Gruppe
- Sie realisieren eigenständig festgelegte strategische und operative Maßnahmen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung
- Hierzu übernehmen Sie die Planung, Aufbau und Umsetzung von Aktivitäten zur Geschäftsentwicklung, dabei haben Sie Zugriff auf eine Vielzahl von Produktionskapazitäten des Unternehmens
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die aktive Erarbeitung zukünftiger Produktionsressourcen zur Erschließung neuer Märkte
Profil
- Sie haben eine kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker/-in oder Betriebswirt/-en
- Sie verfügen über Erfahrungen der Metallumformung oder können sich schnell in die Thematik einarbeiten
- Sie verfügen über fundierte Erfahrungen im Außendienst/Vertrieb, sowie über eine „Huntermentalität“
- Sie haben eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, analytische Fähigkeiten und Kreativität
- Sie sind kein Einzelkämpfer, sondern schätzen die Zusammenarbeit im Team und mit anderen Fachbereichen
- Sie haben Spaß daran, Themen zu entwickeln und umzusetzen
- Sie bringen Reisebereitschaft sowie ein ausgeprägtes Dienstleistungsbewusstsein mit
