Customer Care Specialist / Kundenservice Spedition (m/w/d)

Aufgaben
  • Du betreust einen zugeordneten Kundenstamm und wirkst beim Ausbau der Kundenbeziehungen mit
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner der Kunden und Netzwerkpartner für nationalen Stückgut-Transporte
  • Die Kontaktaufnahme geht dabei auch proaktiv von Dir aus
  • Du überwachst die Sendungen und Termineinhaltung und gibst Rückmeldung an Deine Kunden
  • Dabei klärst Du Ablieferhindernisse und bearbeitest Reklamationen
  • Du bereitest die Auftragsdaten in unseren Speditionsprogrammen für eine reibungslose Abrechnung vor
  • Selbstverantwortlich überprüfst Du die Abrechnung in elektronischen Clearing Programmen und bearbeitest Rechnungsreklamationen
  • Darüber hinaus gehört das Forderungsmanagement (Cash Collection) und die Schadenerfassung zu Deinem Aufgabenbereich
  • Kurzum: Du bist die wesentliche Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden und Raben

Profil
  • Idealerweise hast Du eine Ausbildung zum Kaufmann/-frau (m/w/d) für Spedition und Logistikleistungen absolviert oder kannst eine vergleichbare Qualifikation vorweisen
  • Du kannst bereits erste Berufserfahrung im direkten Speditionsumfeld vorweisen
  • Du bringst verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse mit
  • Eine hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Teamplayer-Mentalität und gehören zu Deinen Stärken
  • Eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, eine gute Ausdrucksweise sowie ein souveränes Auftreten ergänzen Dein Profil
