Die Labor Berlin – Charité Vivantes Services GmbH ist das zum 1. Januar 2011 als Dienstleistungsgesellschaft für externe Kunden gegründete Laborunternehmen der Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin und der Vivantes Netzwerk für Gesundheit GmbH. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Schwestergesellschaft Labor Berlin – Charité Vivantes GmbH bietet Labor Berlin Services ein umfangreiches Leistungsportfolio, welches nicht nur diagnostische Spitzenmedizin sondern auch Beratungs- und Managementleistungen umfasst. Labor Berlin Services versorgt im Rahmen des netzwerk Labor mehr als 30 Kliniken mit über 25.000 Krankenhausbetten in Berlin sowie im gesamten Bundesgebiet. Durch die MVZ-Strukturen ist Labor Berlin Services auch am ambulanten Gesundheitsmarkt tätig.

Head of Development (m/w/d)

Ziele der Vakanz:

Verbesserung der Patientenversorgung durch den schnellen Zugang zu neuen Entwicklungen in der Diagnostik.
Steuerung der effizienten und zielgerichteten Übernahme von neuen Konzepten und Methoden aus der Entwicklung in die Routinediagnostik.

Das erwartet Sie bei Labor Berlin

  • Disziplinarische und organisatorische Verantwortung für die Mitarbeitenden des Entwicklungsteams

  • Koordination des Entwicklungsteams: Planen des Einsatzes von Mitarbeitenden sowie der benötigten Geräteressourcen

  • Projektmanagement für die Entwicklungsprojekte unter Einhaltung der abgestimmten Priorisierung

  • Festlegung von Fristen und Überwachung des Projektfortschritts

  • Steuerung von Validierungen, Planung und Integration neuer analytischer Verfahren in die bestehenden Routineprozesse

  • Entwicklung eigener Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung der diagnostischen Prozesse, sowie Beratung der Mitarbeitenden bei der Ausarbeitung von neuen Ideen im Hinblick auf die Umsetzung

  • Weiterentwicklung der unternehmensinternen Prozesse im Hinblick auf Innovations- und Entwicklungsprojekte in Absprache mit den Stakeholdern

  • Sicherstellung des Austausches mit internen und externen Stakeholdern, einschließlich der klinischen Partner, Forschungsinstitutionen und Industriepartnern

  • Kontinuierliche Evaluation und Implementierung neuer diagnostischer Methoden, Instrumente und Technologien in die Routinediagnostik

  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung regulatorischer Vorgaben und Richtlinien

  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung des Qualitätsmanagements, insbesondere bei der Übernahme von Methoden und Techniken in die Routine und Unterstützung des Qualitätsmanagements bei der Erstellung der notwendigen Dokumente

Das bringen Sie für diese Stelle mit
  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Humanmedizin, Natur-, oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder entsprechende einschlägige Berufserfahrung
  • Strukturierte Arbeits- und Vorgehensweise
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Projektmanagement
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Planung, Durchführung und Evaluation von Entwicklungsprojekten
  • Grundkenntnisse der medizinischen Labordiagnostik wünschenswert
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Bereich Entwicklung in einer ähnlichen Branche
  • Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse erforderlich
