Der Standort in Bremen konzentriert sich auf die Entwicklung, Produktion und Integration von Systemen zur militärischen Landmobilität, Kommunikation und Überwachung.
Zur Verstärkung des Teams suchen wir Sie als Process Improvement Manager (m/w/d) in Vollzeit. DIES SIND IHRE AUFGABEN: Leitung von Projekten zur Optimierung von Produktivität, Prozessen und Abläufen
Überwachung der Nachhaltigkeit umgesetzter Maßnahmen
Moderation von Workshops und Begleitung von Teams zur Optimierung von Prozessabläufen
Moderation und Unterstützung bei Workshops
Begleiten der Teams zur Selbstorganisation und eigenständigen Erfolgskontrolle
Konzepterstellung und Implementierung von Tools und Prozessen zur Effizienz- und Wertsteigerung
Analyse bestehender Geschäftsprozesse, Identifizierung von Engpässen und Schwachstellen
Analyse der Ablauforganisation und Aufzeigen von Verbesserungspotentialen
Erstellung von Prozessdokumentationen
Unterstützung der Programme und Projekte bei der Umsetzung der Ablauforganisation
Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten Abteilungen, um Prozessänderungen erfolgreich zu implementieren
DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT: Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Informatik oder ähnlicher Fachrichtung
Gute Kenntnisse in der Produktentwicklung und des Projektabwicklungsprozesses
Kenntnisse in Prozessmanagementmethoden und -tools (Six Sigma, Lean Management)
Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und SAP
Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
