Deployment Manager (w/m/d)
Aufgaben
- Ansprechperson für Updates bzw. Hotfixes unserer Softwaremodule im Kundenservice „Service Desk“
- Gewährleistung der termingerechten Installation und Integration sowie Kundenabnahme und Erläuterung technischer Zusammenhänge bei Problemen
- Steuerung der Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung der Maßnahmen sowie Troubleshooting mit allen beteiligten Stellen
- Sicherstellung der Nachvollziehbarkeit der Aktivitäten durch Verwendung vorgegebener Atlassian-Systeme (Jira und Confluence)
- Durchführung von Rollouts bei Key-Account-Kunden
- Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von Kundenaufträgen sowie Gewährleistung effizienter Prozesse im Verantwortungsbereich
- Technische Unterstützung aller beteiligten Stellen im Projekt sowie Teilnahme an Meetings mit Kunden
- Annahme, Bearbeitung sowie Koordination von Störungen und Anfragen im technischen Zusammenhang
- Dokumentation anwendungsspezifischer Vorkommnisse für die internen Fachabteilungen (Pflege und Verwaltung der „Toolbox“)
Profil
- Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise aus dem logistischen Umfeld
- Expertise hinsichtlich Software-Rollouts sowie technisches Fachwissen der Funktionsweise von Windows-Servern
- Kaufmännisches und betriebswirtschaftliches Grundverständnis sowie Praxis im Umgang mit Projektmanagement-Tools
- Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie eine ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung
- Initiative, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit, Verhandlungsgeschick und Überzeugungskraft
- Entscheidungsfähigkeit inklusive Übernahme der damit verbundenen Verantwortung
- Bereitschaft zur Arbeit am Wochenende, in der Nacht und an Feiertagen
