Die Ypsomed Produktion GmbH ist die deutsche Produktionsgesellschaft des Schweizer Medizintechnikkonzerns Ypsomed AG. Der Fokus des neuen Produktionswerks liegt in der Fertigung und Montage von Injektions-Pens, Autoinjektoren und Infusionssets zur subkutanen Verabreichung flüssiger Medikamente, für Diabetes und anderen (Autoimmun-) Erkrankungen.
Für den weiteren Ausbau unseres Produktionsstandortes Schwerin suchen wir, zur Verstärkung unseres Teams, eine engagierte, motivierte und fachlich versierte Persönlichkeit für die Position
Quality Engineer (m/w/d)Deine Hauptaufgaben
- Planung, Etablierung und Überwachung der qualitätssichernden Maßnahmen bei der Herstellung von Medizinprodukten
- Sicherstellung der Umsetzung von Qualitätsanforderungen, Normen und Gesetze im Rahmen der Herstellung von Medizinprodukten
- Umsetzung qualitätssichernder Maßnahmen betreffend der Produktion, insbesondere Produktfreigaben, Root-Cause-Analysis, Change- und Reklamationsmanagement, Abarbeitung von Nonconformities und CAPAs
- Prüfung und Freigabe von Qualifizierungs- und Validierungsdokumenten im Rahmen von Industrialisierungsprojekten sowie der Herstelldokumentation (unterstützende Tätigkeit im Bereich der Qualifizierung und Prozessvalidierung)
- Mitarbeit bei internen, Kunden- und Behördenaudits
Dein Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich der Herstellung/Prüfung von nichtsterilen und sterilen Medizinprodukten bzw. die Bereitschaft und Voraussetzung diese zu erlangen
- Fach- und Methodenkenntnisse im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement bzw. Regulatory Affairs [ISO 13485, ISO 14971, MDSAP, (EU) 2017/745]
- Kenntnisse in Bezug auf Quality Tools (bspw. 8D, CAPA, etc.) sowie Anwenderkenntnisse in Microsoft® Office, SAP® (insbesondere S/4HANA) und Trackwise® sind willkommen
- Erfahrungen im Bereich Spritzguss, automatisierter Montage und/oder Metallverarbeitung von Einzelkomponenten von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
