Ferchau GmbH is seeking a skilled and innovative professional to fill the role of a Shipbuilding Engineer. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and conceptualizing shipbuilding components, as well as coordinating tasks from planning to completion.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design shipbuilding components
  • Coordinate tasks from planning to completion
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with project timelines, costs, and quality standards
  • Document results and provide recommendations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Shipbuilding, Marine Engineering, Maritime Technologies, or related field
  • Prior project management experience in shipbuilding is beneficial
  • Proficiency in CAD systems such as Siemens NX or AVEVA
  • Excellent German and preferably good English language skills
  • Strong analytical skills and team spirit
  • Independent work ethic with an eye for quality
