Für verschiedene Regionen in Deutschland suchen wir einen Health & Safety Specialist (m/w/d), zunächst befristet bis November 2025.

Als Health & Safety Specialist erkennst und beurteilst du potentielle Risiken, die die Reputation, Sicherheit und finanzielle Entwicklung von TJX Europe schädigen könnten. Du bist verantwortlich für die Umsetzung der Arbeitssicherheits und Gesundheitsförderungs (Health and Safety) Ziele des Unternehmens, Unterstützung der verantwortlichen Stellen und Personen, sowie die Kontrolle & Minimierung von erkannten Risiken, um eine negative Auswirkung auf TJX Europe zu reduzieren.
Aufgaben
  • Umsetzen und regelmäßiges überprüfen der Health & Safety Richtlinien, Prozesse und Betriebsanweisungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den verantwortlichen Interessengruppen, um sicherzustellen das Richtlinien und Vorgaben beachtet und umgesetzt werden
  • Sammeln & Analysieren der aktuellen und aufgelaufenen Statistiken, um, zur Verbesserung der Umsetzung, Empfehlungen an District & Regional Manager zu liefern
  • Zusammenarbeit mit nationalen Aufsichtsbehörden für Arbeitssicherheit und Brandschutz
  • Relevante verantwortliche Personengruppen coachen, unterstützen und begleiten, damit Sie die Richtlinien effektiv nutzen
  • Teilnahme an und Organisation von internen/externen Audit Programmen für ein externes und unternehmensinternes Benchmarking
  • Umsetzung der Arbeitsicherheitsmaßnahmen, basierend auf den Erkenntnissen aus den Audits
  • Erstellen und Durchführung von technical curriculum Trainingworkshops in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Process Improvement Team

Profil
  • Ausbildung als Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (oder ähnliche Qualifizierung)
  • Fähigkeit relevante Statistiken zu analysieren und zu berichten
  • Demonstriert natürliche Neugier, um Ansichten und Meinungen zu erhalten
  • Fähigkeit effektive Zusammenarbeit auf allen Ebenen aufzubauen und positiv zu beeinflussen
  • Präsentationserfahrung, idealerweise mit entsprechenden Qualifikationen
  • Kenntnisse über das Off Price Geschäftsmodell
  • Fähigkeit und Flexibilität zu notwendiger Reisebereitschaft
  • Belastbar und eigenständig um Resultate zu liefern
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute MS Office Kenntnisse
