Aufgaben- Steuerung, Überwachung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Quality Management Systems (QMS) sowie Safety Management Systems (SMS) der Airline Assistance Switzerland
- Koordination und Steuerung von QMS- und SMS-Aktivitäten zur Sicherstellung der örtlichen und standortübergreifenden Standards
- Betreuung von Audits von Kunden und Behörden, Bewertung von Auditberichten und Nachverfolgung von Abweichungsberichten aus externen und internen Audits.
- In Zusammenarbeit mit den Referenten der operativen Bereiche Koordination, Begleitung und Nachbereitung von Kunden-/Airlineaudits
- Planung, Durchführung (interner Auditor) und Dokumentation interner Qualitäts- / Safety und Lieferantenaudits sowie der Validierung und Verifizierung von Korrektur- und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
- Mitwirkung bei der Aufrechterhaltung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems nach DIN EN ISO Norm 9001, insbesondere Planung und Betreuung der Zertifizierungsaudits und Zusammenarbeit mit der Zertifizierungsgesellschaft.
- Erstellung, Pflege und Verwaltung von internen Prozessmanuals und anderen Dokumenten wie SOP oder Anweisungen.
- Unterstützung der operativen Abteilungen bei der Erstellung von SOPs und Read & Signs.
- Aneignung der gesetzlichen Anforderungen (IATA-, ICAO- und EU-Vorschriften, nationale und lokale Zivilluftfahrtvorschriften) und sicherstellen, dass diese eingehalten werden.
- Überwachung von Dokumentenänderungen der Flughafengesellschaft und von Kunden-Airlines sowie Distribution.
- Zentrale Verwaltung von Beschwerden und sicherheitsrelevanten Vorfällen
- Regelmäßige Auswertung, Zusammenfassung und Nachverfolgung der Qualitäts-Kennzahlen (KPIs) und Aufbereitung für das Management
- Analyse von eingetretenen Vorfällen, Gefahren und Beinahe Unfällen, Erstellung der Untersuchungsberichte in der Datenbank und Aussprache von Empfehlungen für Korrekturmaßnahmen and die operativen Leiter.
- Kontakt mit den Kundenfluggesellschaften, Flughafen und ggf. Versicherungsbroker bezüglich Vorfälle.
- Durchführung von regelmäßiger Risikobewertung oder bei Prozessänderung und sicherstellen, dass die daraus sich ergebenen Korrekturmaßnahmen umgesetzt werden.
- Unterstützung der Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit bei der Umsetzung der sicherheitsfachlichen Betreuung des Unternehmens
- Sicherstellung, dass die Arbeitsschutzvorschriften eingehalten werden
- Pflege des lokalen HSSQT-Manuals
- Abgeschlossenes Fach-/Hochschulstudium oder Ausbildung zum Qualitätsmanagementbeauftragten, Auditor sowie Erfahrungen in der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung eines Quality- und Safety- Management Systems
- Mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Bodenverkehrsdienste eines Verkehrsflughafens sowie Erfahrungen mit einem Quality Management und Safety Management Systems
- Hohes Sicherheits- und Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie Dienstleistungsorientierung
- Vorbild für Mitarbeiter hinsichtlich korrekter, qualitativer, zügiger Arbeitsausführung sowie flexibler und engagierter Arbeitshaltung
