Stellenbeschreibung

  • Mitwirkung an der Entwicklung der Investitionsstrategie mit klarem Fokus auf den europäischen Infrastrukturmarkt
  • Analyse und Bewertung von Investitionsmöglichkeiten auf der Grundlage von Risiko-/Ertragskriterien sowie Management von M&A/Due Diligence-Prozessen unter Berücksichtigung relevanter Aspekte wie Finanzierung, rechtliche Anforderungen, Risiko, ESG etc.
  • Vorbereitung von Dokumenten für den Investitionsausschuss und den Vorstand
  • Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Überwachung einer angemessenen Investitionspolitik und eines soliden Investitionsrisikorahmens, um die Effizienz der Investitionen zu maximieren
  • Überwachung bestehender Investitionen im Hinblick auf relevante Leistungskennzahlen und Risikolimits und erste Anlaufstelle für Fragen in diesem Bereich für relevante Stakeholder (hauptsächlich Finanzinstitute und Anteilseigner)
  • Teilweise verantwortlich für interdisziplinäre Aufgaben im Zusammenhang mit der Geschäftsplanung der Gruppe, Finanzierung, Treasury und Investor-Relation-Angelegenheiten

Profil

  • Master-Abschluss in einem einschlägigen Studienfach (Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaft/Management & Finanzen)
  • Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Investment Banking, Deal Advisory (Big 4), Private Equity oder M&A-Branche für Unternehmen
  • Erfahrungen in der Infrastrukturbranche oder im Portfoliomanagement sind von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Investitionen und Bewertung, praktische Erfahrungen im Investment Management sind von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und quantitative Fähigkeiten, fundierte praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit Microsoft Office
  • Starker Teamplayer und geschickter Kommunikator
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, persönliches Engagement und die Einstellung, Dinge zu erledigen
  • Ausgeprägte Ergebnisorientierung und Umsetzungsstärke, Fähigkeit zur Einhaltung knapper Fristen
  • Fließende Beherrschung der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
