Im extrem schlank organisierten Werk in NRW werden Förderrollen und hochpräzise, angetriebene Rollen gefertigt und montiert. Mehr als 250 Mitarbeiter sind aktuell am traditionsreichsten Standort der Gruppe beschäftigt. Gemeinsam mit den Schwesterwerken in Nord- und Südamerika sowie Asien werden von dem Weltmarktführer jährlich viele Millionen Einheiten in hoher Variantenvielfalt produziert, wobei das Angebot laufend um innovative Lösungen erweitert wird. Der hochautomatisierte Standort umfasst Stahlbearbeitung, Oberflächentechnik und Montage und fungiert als Lead Plant der Produktlinie.
Aufgaben
- Leitung der Operations am Standort (Lead Plant) sowie fachliche Verantwortung für die Prozessentwicklung und Kapazitätssteuerung im internationalen Werkverbund
- Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung der Abteilungsleiter am Standort
- Weiterentwicklung des Standorts insbesondere hinsichtlich des mit der Einführung neuer Produkte und Varianten einhergehenden Komplexitätsmanagements
- Steuerung und Überwachung der Prozesse in den Auslandswerken sowie Sicherstellung des Know-how-Transfers
- KPI-basierte Sicherstellung von OTD und Qualitätsstandards
- Überwachung der kontinuierlichen Produktivitätssteigerung und Kostenminimierung
- Soll/Ist Analysen und zeitnahe Einleitung von Gegensteuerungsmaßnahmen
- Schnittstellenmanagement zu Vertrieb, Kundenprojektmanagement, Service und F&E
- Budget-, Investitions- und Personalplanung
Profil
- Studium der Ingenieurswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Produktionstechnik
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung eines größeren Produktionsstandorts mit variantenreicher Serienfertigung
- Trittsicherheit in einer internationalen Managementumgebung und Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit im Rahmen eines globalen Werkverbunds
- Aktuelles Know-how und Bewertungskompetenz in der (automatisierten) Fertigungs- und Montagetechnik sowie belastbares Wissen in den Teildisziplinen moderner Produktionsmethoden (TPS, Kaizen, SMED, Pull-Production etc.)
- Vertraut mit den Themen rund um Industrie 4.0 / IoT
- Routiniert auf den Gebieten Planung, Budgetierung, Soll/Ist-Analysen
- SAP-Anwenderkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Motivationsstärke, gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und souveräner wie stufengerechter Auftritt auf allen betrieblichen Ebenen im In- und Ausland
- Bereitschaft zur Vorbildfunktion und einem sicheren Gespür für Situationen, die das Eingreifen auf Shop-Floor-Ebene erfordern
