Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Project Developer to join our team at Homify and contribute to the success of our Outlet Remscheid project.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the overall project management of the Outlet Remscheid project from inception to opening.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination with relevant authorities.
- Oversee the reporting of experts to ensure all project aspects are aligned.
- Support the creation of permit documents and collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless permitting process.
- Work closely with the development team to contribute to the conceptual development of Outlet objects.
- Play an active role in tendering and procurement processes to ensure the best partners are selected for the project.
- Monitor costs and implement effective controlling to oversee the project budget.
Requirements
- Bring relevant experience in project management of construction projects.
- Effectively interact with authorities, experts, and internal teams due to excellent communication skills.
- Show a proactive approach to the challenges of construction project management.
- Work goal-oriented.
- Contribute to the economic implementation of the project with your understanding of cost control and budget management.
- Bring a high level of initiative and maintain a cool head even in stressful situations.
