Aufgaben
- Define supplier qualification requirements
- Define supplier classification system and classify suppliers
- Globalize Supplier Performance Scorecards incl. cost of poor quality and add additional performance dimensions
- Prepare and coordinate global supplier audits and supplier developments with prioritization
- Define and classify supply risks and mitigation measures
Profil
- University degree in business administration, economics, engineering or equivalent
- Experience in industrial environment like automotive or high-tech industry with complex and special supplier quality management requirements
- At least 5-10 years of experience in project management, process consultancy for procurement, supplier quality management or equivalent
- Ideally, experience in Quality Management Systems, Quality methods, and Quality tools know-how
- Ideally, technical supplier quality development experience and track-record
- Analytical and conceptional thinking and acting
- Strong communication and change management skills, reasoning power and assertiveness
- Lateral leadership experience
- Transparent stakeholder management
