Aufgaben
  • Projektsteuerung, Anwendungskonfiguration und Weiterentwicklung des Service-Management-Systems (Matrix42)
  • Anwendungsbetreuung des eQMS/DMS-Systems
  • Betreuung und Dokumentation der Servicemanagement-Prozesse (Incidents, Problems, Changes, Audits)
  • Dienstleistersteuerung
  • Releasemanagement, Planung und Dokumentation von Tests
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung einer Anwendungs- und Projektdokumentation
  • Unterstützung bei Problemen oder Fragen bzgl. der Bedienung oder Funktionsweise von Anwendungen
  • Administration und Konfiguration von Anwendungen
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Entwicklern und Anwendern (Einkauf, Vertrieb, Lager, Reporting, Qualitätsmanagement)
  • Unterstützung bei Prozessverbesserungen

Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Gute SQL-Kenntnisse
  • Erfahrungen im IT-Anwendersupport
  • Erfahrungen in der Arbeit mit Ticketsystemen
  • Gute Excel-Kenntnisse

Von Vorteil:
