Customer Success Representative (m/w/d)
für den Standort Reutlingen (bei Stuttgart) oder Duisburg.


Aufgaben

Das erwartet Dich als Customer Success Representative in Vollzeit:

Du bist vom ersten Tag an Teil des Customer Success Teams und übernimmst direkt Verantwortung für deine Aufgaben. Als Customer Success Representative bist Du die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden und bearbeitest Anfragen und Reklamationen. Du bist die direkte Schnittstelle zwischen Vertrieb, Operations und Kunde.

Zu Customer Success gehört ebenso die Organisation unserer Logistikprozesse mit unseren externen Logistikdienstleistern. Neben der Einrichtung neuer Prozesse und der Pflege bestehender standardisierter Abläufe kümmerst Du dich um logistische Fragestellungen und arbeitest eng mit unseren Kunden und unseren Logistikdienstleistern an deren Lösung. Die Organisation des Aufbaus, der Bestückung und des Versands unserer standardisierten Boxen / Testkits für Patientenproben liegt ebenfalls in deinem Verantwortungsbereich.

In dieser Rolle wirst Du einen wesentlichen Beitrag zu unserem Weg leisten, die Welt der Diagnose von Infektionskrankheiten zu verändern und somit die Behandlung von schwerkranken Patienten zu verbessern.

  • Kundenbetreuung (telefonisch und schriftlich)

  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen per Telefon, E-Mail und verwandten Systemen

  • Pflege der Kundendaten und Dokumentation in den jeweiligen Systemen

  • Mitwirkung an der nationalen und internationalen Logistik und deren zukünftiger Entwicklung. Beteiligung an der zukünftigen Entwicklung der Lieferkette, einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf Testkits und die Komponenten des Testkits.

  • Identifizierung, Verhandlung, Einführung, Verbesserung und Aufrechterhaltung von Logistiklösungen

  • Bearbeitung von Logistik Problemen von Krankenhäusern und Kunden und proaktives Erarbeiten von Zukunftslösungen

  • Organisieren, Verbessern und Ausführen des Zusammenstellens unserer Versandkits

  • Funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und internen Abteilungen

  • Bereit Testkits umzubauen - “Hands On” Mentalität - Start Up Mentalität

  • Schulung von Kunden in der Nutzung unseres Online-Portals

  • Beantwortung & Sammlung von Kundenanfragen (Wissensmanagement)

Profil

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung / Studium oder naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung / Studium.

  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden

  • Erfahrung im Bereich der Kundenbetreuung ist erwünscht

  • Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Ausdrucksstärke

  • Sicher im Umgang mit dem PC und Kenntnisse über oder Lernbereitschaft für Google G-Suite-Anwendungen, z. B. Docs, Sheets, Präsentation

  • Schätzt Weiterbildung und Lerngelegenheiten

  • Flexible Einsatzmöglichkeiten und Reisebereitschaft
