Als Servicetechniker/in/-ingenieur/in (m/w/d) für Kapillarelektrophorese (CE)/Massenspektrometrie/HPLC installieren Sie neue CE/LCMS-Systeme und schulen Kunden in der Anwendung und stellen die Leistungsfähigkeit bestehender Systeme durch optimale Wartung, Qualifizierung und Reparaturen sicher.
Diese Position ist Teil des DACH-Serviceteams und ist im Großraum Ulm und Umgebung vom Homeoffice (remote) aus vorgesehen. Sie steigern nachhaltig die Kundenzufriedenheit und Serviceentwicklung und bauen systematisch Vertrauen bei bestehenden Kunden auf. Sie arbeiten im Team daran, den Service für unsere Kunden kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
In dieser Funktion haben Sie die Möglichkeit, folgende Aufgaben wahrzunehmen:
- Eigenverantwortliche Planung und Arbeitseinteilung der Serviceeinsätze, bestehend aus Installationen von neuen Systemen, Wartung, Qualifizierung, Reparaturen sowie Schulung der Anwender am System.
- Pflege der Kundendaten durch sorgfältige und zeitnahe Erstellung von Berichten und systematische Erfassung und Meldung von Fehlern
- Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit den Kollegen aus dem Service, Vertrieb und technischem Support
- Regelmäßige Teilnahme an internen Produktschulungen
- Sie steigern nachhaltig die Kundenzufriedenheit sowie die Umsatzentwicklung und bauen das Vertrauen bei bestehenden Kunden systematisch aus.
- Sie arbeiten im Team, um die Serviceleistung bei unseren Kunden kontinuierlich zu steigern
Zu den wesentlichen Anforderungen der Stelle gehören:
- Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise mit Fortbildung zum staatl. gepr. Techniker (m/w/d), oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen Elektrotechnik, Medizintechnik, Chemie oder Physik
- Bereitschaft, gelegentlich mehrere Tage am Stück für Kundenbesuche und/oder Schulungen zu reisen, Führerschein ist erforderlich.
- Deutsch und Englisch sicher in Wort und Schrift
Es wäre von Vorteil, wenn Sie auch über Erfahrungen in folgenden Bereichen verfügen:
- Berufserfahrung im Außendienst
- Grundkenntnisse in der Kapillarelektrophorese,Chromatographie oder ähnlichen Technologie
- Computerkenntnisse in Windows und MS Office
