You'll make an impact by You translate customer input, market data, and strategic priorities into actionable product offerings, and you define and refine product strategies per vertical, aligning with customer needs, regulatory standards, technology trends, and Siemens' long-term business goals. You evaluate market attractiveness and competitive positioning to identify high-potential segments and prioritize resource allocation accordingly, and develop strategic market entry and expansion plans, including segmentation, targeting, and tailored value propositions for each vertical. You collaborate with regional business units and sales teams to validate market assumptions and ensure alignment with local execution capabilities, and you develop and implement go-to-market strategies that reflect Siemens' lifecycle approach and vertical-specific value propositions. You define and lead multi-channel strategies, including direct sales, OEMs, distribution partners, and digital platforms, to ensure broad and effective market coverage. You engage with customers and partners to find opportunities and position Siemens as a trusted supplier, and you support OEM and partner development initiatives to strengthen customer loyalty and market penetration. You support the creation of sales enablement materials and training programs that empower the sales force and partners to communicate value-based solutions successfully, and you present Siemens at exhibitions, conferences, and customer visits to promote the protection portfolio. You excel in You have a strong understanding of protection products, market dynamics, and customer applications, and have many years of experience in business development, product management, or technical sales in the protection or automation domain. You have experience with pricing strategies, go-to-market planning, and product positioning, and you understand the lifecycle process and data-driven product development. You are familiar with agile methodologies and iterative product development and have a strong analytical mentality with a customer-centric approach. You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and experience working in cross-functional and international teams. You have a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field. Willingness to travel for customer engagement and market development and proficiency in English completes your profile.
