Sie übernehmen die Projektleitung eines agilen Teams, welches als Simultaneous Engeneering Organisation, aufgestellt ist

- Sie übernehmen die laterale Führung eines Teams aus CPM, Fertigungsplanern, Maschinenownern und vor-Ort Koordinatoren sowie der Aufbau- und Inbetriebnahmemannschaft

- darüber hinaus stellen Sie die Performance des Systems sicher, verantworten das Erreichen und das Einhalten der Spezifikationen sowie die Umsetzung von kontinuierlichen Optimierungen der Montage- und Inbetriebnahmeprozesse

ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Maschinenbau / Mechatronik / Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik oder Feinwerktechnik, mit mindestens 5 Jahren Berufserfahrung - idealerweise im Bereich Entwicklung oder Maschinenbau

- fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Bereich des Projektmanagements und in der Produktentwicklung bis zur Serienüberführung

- Erfahrungen in der Montage, Inbetriebnahme und Installation im Feld - Core-Projekten sind idealerweise vorhanden (GPM Zertifizierung)

- Führungserfahrung von interdisziplinären Teams sowie fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich der lateralen Führung

- Sie sind vertraut mit SAP-Produktionsprozessen, Qualitätsprozessen und/oder kontinuierliche Verbesserungsprozessen und verfügen über methodische Kompetenzen wie 8D, Fishbone, SWAT etc.

- Sie sind zu Auslandsreisen im Rahmen von Toolinstallationen bereit und verfügen darüber hinaus über verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
