Die folgenden abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben erwarten Sie:
- Sie führen die Gruppe disziplinarisch und fachlich und sorgen für den strategischen Auf
- und Ausbau der Gruppe- Sie treiben die Kompetenzentwicklung im Projektmanagement für Automatisierungslösungen in der Sondermaschinenentwicklung voran; hierbei geht es zumeist um bereichsübergreifende Projekte inkl. Software-Entwicklung, z.B. im Kontext "Industrie 4.0" mit agilem Mindset- Sie stellen technische Lösungen sicher, die allen Anforderungen (Termin, Kosten, Qualität) hinsichtlich Konzeption, Umsetzung und Integration gerecht werden- Sie arbeiten intensiv mit relevanten Stakeholdern aus Projekt und Operations zusammen- Sie sorgen dafür, dass geltende Richtlinien und Prozesse eingehalten werden- Sie stellen sicher, dass die erforderlichen Kompetenzen und Ressourcen zur richtigen Zeit verfügbar sind und koordinieren und verbessern die Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern- Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für Neu
- und Weiterentwicklungen und Betriebsmittel-Sustaining von Automatisierungslösungen für Messgeräte und Maschinen - und sorgen damit dafür, dass wir unsere Projekt
- und Unternehmensziele erreichen
Ihr Profil- erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung- Expertise im Bereich des Projektmanagements in komplexen Automatisierungsprojekten, sowohl nach klassischen als auch agilen Vorgehensweisen und mit verteilten Teams und Entwicklungspartnern- idealerweise Kenntnisse in der Spezifikation, Auslegung und Entwicklung von Automatisierung für Sondermaschinen- Erfahrung in der Koordination der Zusammenarbeit zwischen unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen und externen, auch internationalen Dienstleistern- deutlich ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz, nachgewiesen durch Erfahrung in der Führung und Steuerung von Teams und/oder Projekten- selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten gepaart mit einem hohen Maß an Zuverlässigkeit- hohe Eigenmotivation und Initiative sowie ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung verbunden mit unternehmerischem Denken und Handeln
