Aufgaben
  • Proaktive strategische Betreuung und technische Beratung nationaler und inter­nationaler Kunden, inklusive der Bearbeitung und Nach­verfolgung von Angeboten, Aufträgen und Reklamationen
  • Gezielte Weiterentwicklung der Bestands­kunden und Akquirierung von Neu­kunden
  • Aktive Analyse des Markt­umfelds sowie die Initiierung von erforderlichen Maßnahmen (Ableitung von Vertriebs­potentialen)
  • Fachbezogene Beratung und Schulung bei Vertriebs­partnern, Kunden und Anwendern (national und inter­national)
  • Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Konzeption der Social-Media-Aktivitäten für den Vertrieb Pferde­sport in Zusammen­arbeit mit der Marketing-Abteilung
  • Organisation, Koordination und Teil­nahme an nationalen wie inter­nationalen (Turnier-) Veranstaltungen und Messen
  • Mitwirkung im Bereich Forschung und Ent­wicklung (Sortiments­entwicklung, Produkt­neuheiten etc.)
  • Unterstützung des gesamten Vertriebs­teams bei sonstigen anfallenden Aufgaben und Projekten
  • Nationale wie inter­nationale Reise­bereitschaft

Profil
  • Abgeschlossene kauf­männische Berufs­ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufs­erfahrung
  • Erfahrungen im Pferde­sport
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte, eigen­verant­wortliche und lösungs­orientierte Arbeits­weise
  • Hohes Maß an Team­fähigkeit, Motivation, Eigen­initiative und Zuverlässig­keit
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • SPRACHEN: Deutsch, Englisch, Französisch wäre wünschens­wert
