Job Overview:

Wolsdorff Tobacco GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining and presenting merchandise, and operating cash registers and computer systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining and Presenting Merchandise: Ensure that all merchandise is properly displayed and maintained in a clean and organized manner.
  • Providing Excellent Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product recommendations to meet customer needs.
  • Operating Cash Registers and Computer Systems: Accurately process transactions, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records.
  • Sales and Advice: Provide sales and product advice to customers, and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Price Labeling and Inventory Management: Accurately label and manage inventory, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Prior Sales and Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in sales and customer service is required, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Motivation, Teamwork, and Strong Communication Skills: Possess strong motivation, teamwork, and communication skills to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in German Language: Fluency in the German language is required, with a strong focus on customer-oriented mindset.
  • Adaptability, Reliability, and Business Studies Background: Possess adaptability, reliability, and a background in business studies to effectively manage inventory and sales.
Job Type:

Part-time, permanent position

Expected Hours: 30 per week

Working Hours:
  • Morning shift
  • Monday to Friday
