Brand Partnerships Manager at LABS MANAGEMENTWhat will you do and what does your daily work look like?
  • Independently manage a portion of our Brand Partnerships and focus on the operational and strategic development of your client base
  • Work closely with the Talent Management Team and always have the right talent in mind for your clients' marketing goals
  • Skilled in creating offers, calculations, and reports
  • Have a good sense of trends through continuous market and competitive monitoring
  • Pitch our portfolio to clients and implement campaign concepts with our Talent Managers
  • Have a sales instinct and regularly acquire new customers
  • Take on initial team leadership responsibilities
What qualifications should you bring and what is expected of you?
  • Successfully completed a business degree
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Partnerships, Sales, or Key Account Management
  • Preferably have experience in Influencer Marketing
  • Think entrepreneurially, negotiate well, and have excellent communication skills
  • Enjoy working in a team, motivated, and assertive
  • Good Excel skills and strong presentation skills
  • Proficient in German and English, both spoken and written
