- Du analysierst in enger Abstimmung mit unseren Geschäftseinheiten die bilanziellen Auswirkungen neuer Geschäftsmodelle, unter anderem im Bereich der Software und Digitalisierung, sowie komplexe Verträge mit dem Schwerpunkt Umsatzrealisierung nach IFRS und HGB

- Im Rahmen von M&A Transaktionen begleitest du die Geschäftseinheiten der Digital Industries und Portfolio Companies bei Akquisitionen und Verkäufen, insbesondere im Zusammenhang mit Accounting Fragestellungen und Kaufpreisallokationen
- Die kompetente Betreuung und Beratung unserer Geschäftseinheiten bei der Bilanzierung komplexer Transaktionen wird eigenverantwortlich durch dich gewährleistet. Dabei übst du auch die Governance-Funktion aus
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Abstimmung mit unseren Fachbereichen, den internationalen Accounting-Hubs und den Wirtschaftsprüfern und sorgst für eine prüfungssichere Dokumentation

**Dein Profil für "Zukunft möglich machen".**
- Du hast dein Bachelorstudium in der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt internationale Rechnungslegung, Wirtschaftsprüfung oder Finance erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Zusätzlich hast du bereits langjährige Berufserfahrung in der Wirtschaftsprüfung, prüfungsnahen Beratung oder im Rechnungswesen eines Konzerns gesammelt
- Du zeichnest dich durch sehr gute Kenntnisse der internationalen (IFRS) und deutschen (HGB) Rechnungslegungsstandards sowie ein Grundverständnis von M&A-Prozessen und Kaufpreisallokationen (PPA) aus
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung mit der Umsatzrealisierung nach IFRS gesammelt, idealerweise auch im Zusammenhang mit digitalen Geschäftsmodellen und Software oder im Projektgeschäft
- Eine Qualifikation als Wirtschaftsprüfer (w/m/d), CVA, CFA oder vergleichbare Berufsexamina bzw. eine einschlägige Promotion ist von Vorteil
- Du zeichnest dich durch analytisches und sorgfältiges Arbeiten, insbesondere mit Bilanzierungsrichtlinien/-standards, sowie durch ein sicheres Auftreten im internationalen Umfeld aus
- Du bist bereit, dich fachlich, methodisch und persönlich weiterzuentwickeln und über den Tellerrand zu schauen
- Du bist ein Teamplayer, mit überzeugendem Auftritt und ausgeprägter Kommunikationsfähigkeit, der komplexe Sachverhalte in einer dem Business verständlichen Sprache vermitteln kann
- Zusätzlich bist du sicher im Umgang mit gängigen MS Office Anwendungen (insbesondere Excel, Word, PowerPoint) und bist offen für neue digitale Anwendungen
