As a Senior Account Executive at Smith, you will leverage your sales expertise to strengthen and build your global portfolio and set the foundation for Smith's presence in Germany.


Essential Job Duties:

  • Diligent research for customer leads using the internet and other tools.
  • Negotiate rates with customers and keep up with market trends.
  • Interface with the purchasing and operations teams to stay informed of current inventory.
  • Relationship building to establish and manage accounts.
  • Qualify leads and requirements from customers.

Competencies:

  • Aptitude to connect with customers over the phone, build relationships, and close deals.
  • Willingness to make outbound phone calls every day.
  • Selfmotivated with attention to detail.
  • Committed to customer satisfaction, confidentiality, and ability to manage proprietary data.
  • Fluent in English and German

Experience:

  • 2+ years of proven sales experience in the electronics industry (manufacturing/ semiconductors)

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
