Sie vertreten die Leitung in einem multiprofessionellen Team von ca. zehn Personen, übernehmen Fachführungsfunktionen und bauen mit der nötigen Hands On-Mentalität Strukturen und Geschäftsprozesse im Bildungsmanagement weiter aus.
Sie sind der Motor unserer Fortbildungs-Strategie und der Digitalisierung im Bildungsmanagement und sorgen für eine ansprechende User Journey, insbesondere im Projekt ESS (Employee Self Service) Fortbildung.
Darunter fällt auch die gesetzeskonforme Umsetzung von Fortbildungen (Datenschutz, Informationssicherheit, Korruptionsprävention) sowie deren Evaluation.
Sie entwickeln und implementieren im Team zielgruppenspezifische Veranstaltungsformate für die gesamte BImA und sorgen als zentrale Koordinierungsstelle in Zusammenarbeit mit allen Unternehmensbereichen mit Ihren Anleitungen für die reibungslose Umsetzung.
Sie beraten die Fachbereiche zu allen Fragen des Bildungsmanagements.
Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium z. B. als Bachelor of Arts Public Management bzw. Sie haben mehrjährige und umfassende Berufserfahrungen im Bereich Fortbildung/Personalentwicklung.
Sie bringen nachgewiesene Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement und in der fachlichen Anleitung von Teams mit.
Sie können Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen bei der Implementierung digitaler Lösungen (z. B. SAP) vorweisen.
Sie weisen eine hohe soziale Kompetenz sowie die Fähigkeit zum teamorientierten Handeln und zur Konfliktlösung auf, sind belastbar und kritikfähig.
