Wir von TMD sind eine junge Medien-Agentur, die Kunden wie die Deutsche Bank, Hankook, BMW oder das Europäische Parlament in den Bereichen Film und Fotografie betreut. Wir fotografieren für Porsche in Le Mans, setzen Babynahrung für Milupa in Szene und machen Drohnenaufnahmen für Immobilienunternehmen. Unsere Aufgabenfelder als auch die Herausforderungen wachsen, weshalb wir auch unser Team vergrößern möchten.

Unsere Agentur ist in Mainz-Kastel in direkter Bahnhofsnähe als perfekte Schnittstelle zwischen Mainz, Wiesbaden und Frankfurt angesiedelt gut erreichbar. TMD ist ein Ort, an dem Aufgaben gemeinschaftlich in familiärer Atmosphäre gelöst werden. Hinweis: unser Internetauftritt ist in Bearbeitung und noch nicht aktualisiert.

**Wir brauchen Dich für folgende Aufgaben**:

- Organisation von Dreh
- sowie Fotografie-Aufträgen in Vor
- sowie Postproduktion
- Zeitplan-Erstellung und Koordination
- Büroorganisation
- Koordination von Mitarbeitern
- Kapazitätsplanung und Management von Mängeln
- Prozesse eigenständig analysieren und optimieren

**Das solltest Du mitbringen**:

- Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Sprache und Schrift
- Nette und aufgeschlossene Art
- Erfahrung in Kontakt mit Kunden
- Erfahrung in den Themen Genehmigungen/Rechte/Versicherungen im Rahmen von Produktionen
- Hohe Umsetzungsstärke
- Gespür für kreative Lösungsansätze
- Strukturierte, präzise und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Engagement und Zuverlässigkeit
- Spaß an der gemeinsamen Arbeit im Team
