Diese Herausforderung erwartet dich:
Die Automobilindustrie befindet sich aktuell im Umbruch. Neben der Elektromobilität, die momentan im Mittelpunkt steht, werden weitere Verbesserungen der Verbrennungsmotoren sowie die Entwicklung anderer Technologien wie die Brennstoffzelle oder der Antrieb mit Wasserstoff vorangetrieben, alles mit dem Fokus auf möglichst geringe Schadstoffe und CO2-Emissionen zur Schonung der Umwelt. Hier unterstützt das hochmoderne Materials Science Lab der IAV mit analytischen und simulativen Mitteln. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Automobilherstellern wird sowohl Grundlagenforschung als auch Serienentwicklung betrieben. Es gibt daher ein breites Spektrum an Themen und Methodik, von der Analytik zur Simulation, von der Chemie der Batterie, der Materialien und der Brennstoffzelle bis zu Auslegung und Integration von Abgasanlagen und Sensorik.
Deine Aufgaben:
Du bist verantwortlich für die Dokumentation von Versuchsteilen sowie den Testaufbau von Batteriezellen. Du programmierst Versuchsprotokolle. Du unterstützt bei der Testdurchführung und –auswertung. Du erstellst und kalibrierst Batteriezellmodelle und führst Modellvergleiche durch.Notwendige Kenntnisse:
Fortgeschrittenes Ingenieursstudium oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium Grundlegendes Verständnis physikalisch-chemischer und thermodynamischer Vorgänge Selbstverständlicher Umgang mit gängiger EDV (MS-Office etc.) Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft Deutschkenntnisse auf mind. C1-Niveau sowie Englischkenntnisse auf mind. B2-NiveauGewünschte Kenntnisse:
Kenntnisse in Programmierung und Simulation Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung Bereitschaft, Aufgaben im Rahmen der Projektbearbeitung eigenständig und mit hohem Engagement zu bearbeitenDas Entgelt richtet sich nach unserem Mantel- und Entgelttarifvertrag. Aktuell beträgt das monatliche Entgelt für diese Position 979 EUR.
