Job Description:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Work with a team of like-minded individuals who share your passion for talent management

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing the full recruitment cycle from job postings to onboarding
  • Sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent across a wide range of positions
  • Manage the administration of tasks across several functions
  • Process improvements, and creating and maintaining administrative systems to serve the business unit

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong interest in recruitment and talent attraction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work in a fastpaced environment and prioritize tasks
  • A high level of attention to detail and an eye for talent
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Previous experience within a recruitment environment is an advantage
