Responsibilities:
- Phosphoramidite based chemical synthesis of modified and unmodified oligonucleotides using automated mid/large scale solid phase synthesis technologies.
- Handson experience in operating automated oligonucleotide synthesis platforms.
- Purification and evaluation of purity and structural integrity of synthesized oligonucleotides.
- Fill and finish of manufactured oligonucleotides.
- Collaboration with crossfunctional teams to support various research and therapeutic projects.
- Compliance with laboratory safety protocols and regulatory guidelines and standards such as ISO 13485, cGMP.
Full-time 40h / week

Nucleic Acid Chemist (f/m/d) -Team Leader
Position requirements
M. Sc. or equivalent in Nucleic Acid/Oligonucleotide chemistry.
Industrial experience in solid phase synthesis is preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues from diverse scientific backgrounds.
