Das Corporate Center ist Sitz des Bertelsmann-Vorstandes. Die **Abteilung Operations innerhalb der Konzernrechtsabteilung** übernimmt die rechtliche Beratung sowie die Begleitung aller gesellschaftsrechtlichen Themen und M&A-Transaktionen des gesamten Bertelsmann-Konzerns.
**Das erwartet dich**
- Verantwortung für die umfassende gesellschaftsrechtliche Beratung der Unternehmen des Bertelsmann-Konzerns sowie Bearbeitung spezieller gesellschaftsrechtlicher Fragestellungen
- Selbstständige Konzeption, Erstellung und Verhandlung von Verträgen in den Bereichen M&A und allgemeines Wirtschaftsrecht, insbesondere im internationalen Umfeld
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen operativen Einheiten bzw. der Geschäftsführung
- Steuerung und Koordination interner und externer Abstimmungsprozesse sowie aktive Unterstützung des Know-how-Transfers innerhalb des Teams
**Das bringst du mit**
- Eine erstklassige juristische Qualifikation sowie mehrere Jahre einschlägiger Berufserfahrung in einer führenden Anwaltskanzlei oder einer Konzernrechtsabteilung mit dem Fokus auf Wirtschaftsrecht / Gesellschaftsrecht
- Die Fähigkeit, dich schnell in komplexen und rechtlich herausfordernden Sachverhalten zurechtzufinden und hierbei die richtigen Schwerpunkte zu identifizieren sowie die Fähigkeit, auch komplexe juristische Sachverhalte adressatengerecht und anschaulich zu vermitteln
- Ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und Interesse an den von Bertelsmann betriebenen Geschäften
- Erfahrungen in nationalen und internationalen Transaktionen
- Eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
