Responsibilities:

Identify target markets and potential customers for our global accumulator business. Conduct in-depth market research to understand the competitive landscape, industry trends and customer needs. Analyze market data to identify new business opportunities. Prepare detailed market reports on focus markets, customer segments and product groups. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive new customer projects. Develop, organize, and initiate training events for our sales colleagues and customers. Plan and implement marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

Bacherlor ́s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Strong analytical skills Collaborative mindset Technical expertise in the hydraulic and accumulator market is a bonus. Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools would be advantageous. Fluent in German and English Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization. Value for Customers: Anticipates, understands and meets internal/external customers' needs and expectations. Develops solutions based on a customer centric approach.
