About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Freudenberg, focusing on the global accumulator business.
  • As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and developing strategic plans to drive growth.
  • With a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive new customer projects and develop training programs for our sales colleagues and customers.
  • You will also be responsible for planning and implementing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market data and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborative mindset, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical expertise in the hydraulic and accumulator market is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools would be advantageous.
  • Fluent in German and English.
