Lead Buyer Bodenmanagement (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben
Bundesweite Verantwortung für die operativen und strategischen Beschaffungsprozesse für Warengruppen des Bodenmanagements
Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Vertrags- und Preisverhandlungen sowie Vergabeverhandlungen und Bündelung des Vergabevolumens
Pflege und Weiterentwicklung eines effektiven Lieferantennetzes
Durchführung und umsetzen eines aktiven Lieferantenmanagements
Verantwortung für die Steuerung und Entwicklung vorhandener Lieferanten
Durchführung von Lieferantenbewertungen sowie Reduzierung von Lieferkettenengpässen
Ausschöpfung von Optimierungspotentialen, Definition und Weiterentwicklung von Beschaffungsstrategien
Sicherstellung der Kommunikation mit den regionalen Beteiligten sowie des Informationsaustausches mit anderen Fachbereichen
Ihr Profil
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Bau-Ing., Wi-Ing., BWL, WiWi), Umweltplanung / Ingenieurökologie oder alternativ entsprechende abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikation
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bauindustrie
Erfahrung im Abschluss nationaler und multinationaler sowie konzernweite gültige Rahmenverträge
Ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln sowie Reisebereitschaft
Fortgeschrittene SAP MM Kenntnisse wünschenswert
Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Durchsetzungsvermögen, Verhandlungsgeschick und Kommunikationsstärke
