**Zielsetzung der Stelle**:
Die Rolle des Director TA Strategy ist verantwortlich für die Definition und Steuerung von
Strategie und Taktik für Launch Brands, Fokusbrands sowie Brand Portfolios mit hoher Komplexität / Größe.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- P&L Verantwortung für einen Brand in einem hochkomplexen Geschäftsumfeld
- Entwicklung von strategischen und taktischen Plänen mit entsprechender P&L Planung in einem Umfeld geprägt von hoher Volatilität, Unsicherheit, Komplexität, Ambivalenz und/oder Wettbewerbsintensität, wo Probleme gegebenenfalls nicht eindeutig definiert und/oder keine ausreichenden Informationen für eine Lösungsfindung vorhanden sind
- Erarbeitung und Empfehlung von kontextbezogenen (Beratungs-) Lösungen für Herausforderungen, bei denen strategisch-konzeptionelles Denken erforderlich ist, um komplexe Fragestellungen und deren Auswirkungen verstehen und einschätzen zu können
- Peer-Coaching (Coaching von Kollegen) und kontextbezogene Beratung für andere Rollen in der TA
- Führung, Entwicklung, Coaching und Orchestrierung von verschiedenen Cross-funktionalen Teams und Unterstützung der anderen Rollen in der TA bei dieser Aufgabe
- Zusammenarbeit mit globalen und regionalen Teams (Vorbereitung der Markteinführung, Erstellung von Marken-/Portfolioprofilen, Lifecycle Management, Leistungsberichte, Austausch von Best Practices)
- Performancemanagement, Controlling der Strategieumsetzung und Steuerung der strategischen Ausrichtung
- Kontinuierliche Analyse von Markt-, Indikations
- und Kundeninformationen zur Optimierung der Strategie
- Aufbau und Intensivierung der KOL-Entwicklung sowie Sicherstellung optimierter Kundenbeziehungen

**Mindestanforderungen**

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Abgeschlossenes Wirtschaftswissenschaftliches und /oder Naturwissenschaftliches Studium
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Deutschgrundkenntnisse erforderlich, gute Deutschkenntnisse wünschenswert, Sprachkurse notwendig, wenn keine Deutschkenntnisse vorhanden.
- Mindestens 6 Jahre Berufserfahrung vorzugsweise im Marketing, idealerweise innerhalb eines Pharmaunternehmens
- Zusätzlich mindestens 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung in anderen kommerziellen Funktionen/ Bereichen wünschenswert
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung wettbewerbsfähiger, umsetzbarer Einführungs
- und/oder Wachstumsstrategien
- Erfahrung mit Brands/ Portfolios in mehreren Indikationen
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Personalführung erforderlich
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Führung von Cross-funktionaler Teams
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in "Co-Creation" von Marketingstrategien in Zusammenarbeit mit Global
- Erfahrung in den Bereichen Geschäftsplanung, Finanzplanung, Analyse und Management-Reportings
- Hohe Team-, und Kollaborationsfähigkeit sowie erfolgreiches Krisen
- und Konfliktmanagement
- Strategisches, analytisches und kreatives Denken
