We are looking for a
Stakeholder Committee Coordinator (M/F/d) as parental leave substitution in part-time (20 h/week) to start immediately.


What you will do:

  • Be the first contact person for the members of our Technical Committees and Focus Groups
  • Coordinate meeting dates and schedules, manage webinars, liaise with facilitators to develop agendas and minutes
  • Maintain relevant documentation and ensure respective access for stakeholders
  • Update internal stakeholder data
  • Set up, evaluate, and summarize surveys

What we are looking for:

  • Vocational training in a jobrelevant field (e. g. office administrator)
  • 23 years' experience in an administrative position with communication focus (e. g. secretary)
  • English C1 level with very good spelling and grammar skills; fluency in German is beneficial
