Für das weitere Wachstum unseres gründergeführten Unternehmens suchen wir dich als (Senior) Technical Product Manager (m/w/d) für unsere Software-as-a-Service-Plattform in München oder Berlin im hybriden Arbeitsmodell.

Bei uns wirst du eine Schlüsselposition in der Entwicklung unserer Software-Plattform einnehmen und die Chance bekommen, deine unternehmerische Leidenschaft zu entfalten. Du wirst für die Planung, Umsetzung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung eines Plattformprodukts in unserem schnellwachsenden Unternehmen verantwortlich sein. Du übernimmst in enger Zusammenarbeit mit einem Team aus Frontend, Backend und AI Engineers sowie UX-Specialists die Entwicklung eines neuen Produkts für namhafte Kunden.

  • Tech Success: Als Product Manager übernimmst du die Verantwortung für unser Product Team "Tech Success", in dem neben unserer mobilen App, die Plattform-Telefonie, User Security, funktionales Monitoring und wichtige übergreifende Funktionen wie das User-Management liegen
  • Development: Damit entwickelst du zusammen mit den Entwicklern in deinem Product Team und je nach Use Case UX- und Data-Spezialisten, Software-Architekten sowie namhaften Kunden das technische Rückgrat unserer Plattform weiter und hilfst anderen Product Teams, ihre Produkte schneller und zuverlässiger zu bauen
  • Digital Product: Das Tech Success Team ist damit ein wichtiger Erfolgsfaktor für die Weiterentwicklung unseres " Operating Systems" - unserer innovativen digitalen Plattform, die derzeit mehr als Menschen weltweit das flexible Arbeiten ermöglicht
  • Project Management: Dich begeistern digitale Produkte, intelligente und langlebige technische Lösungen sowie moderne Tech Stacks gleichermaßen, sodass es dir leichtfällt, dein interdisziplinäres Projektteam zum Erfolg zu führen
  • Entrepreneurship: Du agierst mit einem großen Gestaltungsspielraum wie ein Unternehmer im Unternehmen und bringst deine Leidenschaft von der Entwicklung der Produktvision bis zur laufenden Detailverbesserung ein
  • Stakeholder: Du entwickelst, präsentierst und diskutierst die Produktideen direkt auf Founder- sowie VP-Ebene und gestaltest die Produktstrategie sowie -entwicklung eigenverantwortlich mit

Profil
  • Du verfügst über eine entsprechende Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Medieninformatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, -ingenieurwesen oder -wissenschaften
  • Du hast einschlägige Erfahrung im Product Management, dem Bau digitaler Produkte oder der dahinter liegenden Produktstrategie (z.B. als Product Manager, Product Owner, Service Designer, Project Lead), idealerweise im SaaS-Umfeld
  • Du bist in der Lage komplexe Herausforderungen zu strukturieren, verfügst über ein unternehmerisches Mindset und findest ein gutes Gleichgewicht zwischen Userwunsch und nachhaltigem Wertbeitrag
  • Du hast Spaß an der Kommunikation innerhalb des Teams sowie mit Kunden und Usern auf Deutsch und Englisch, liebst es die perfekte Lösung zu finden und verfügst über eine gesunde Portion Humor
