Carepath Technologies GmbH is a Berlin-based venture developing a remote patient monitoring platform, aiding patients and physicians with their diagnoses and treatment of chronic pulmonary diseases such as asthma and COPD.
Our vision is to be at the forefront of improving patient care in the home. We plan to use technology, specifically digital therapeutics and remote patient monitoring, to support physicians and health professionals to care for people in their own homes. This will aid in better disease management, improved rehabilitation and recovery rates for patients. Patient empowering will be one of our main goals – physically and mentally.
We launched NELA as a platform to fulfil this vision. It combines the design of a unique symptom detection device and AI software developed by our team, to deliver quality patient symptom monitoring without the patient needing to engage or leave their home.

What you will be doing

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and user-centric digital healthcare solutions.
  • Creation of Technical documentation, support medical device certification strategy and processes.
  • Plan, organise and conduct usability tests in line with regulatory standards.
  • Define and prioritise the product roadmap based on market opportunities, customer feedback, and stakeholder input.
  • Manage a product roadmap and execute on product features; set priorities, goals and track deliverables to drive product strategy forward · Collaborate with engineering, Regulatory, Clinical affairs and design teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and actionable tasks.
  • Champion agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups, to drive continuous delivery and iterative improvements.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product messaging, and sales enablement materials.You will be involved in competitor and market analysis.
  • Define and analyse metrics that inform the success of products. Identify and track key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and inform decision-making.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on technical aspects of the product, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Skills you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
  • Proven track record of 3+ years of experience in technical product management, preferably in the healthcare or software industry.
  • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development methodologies, web technologies, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience with Hardware products (Ideally handheld/ directed to patients).
  • Experience with agile development practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.You will need to bring strategic thinking and a holistic view of things.
  • Project Management capabilities
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive consensus in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience working with remote teams and multicultural environments is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
