**Aufgaben**:

- Organisation und Koordination der Inventuren national und international

- Direkter Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) zum Thema Inventur / Bestandsführung für die deutschen Media und Saturn Märkte sowie online
- Mitarbeit bei internationalen und bereichsübergreifenden Projekten (z.B. Einführung SAP Retail)
- Erstellung und Durchführung von Analysen, Auswertungen und Präsentationen
- Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für Wirtschafsprüfer, Fachbereiche (insb. IT, Controlling und Einkauf) und Landesgesellschaften
- Erstellung und Aktualisierung von System
- und Prozessdokumentationen sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Tools und Prozessen

**Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office (insb. Excel, PowerPoint) sowie erste Erfahrungen in SAP, BI-Tools (SAP-BW, QlickView)
- Analytisches Denken und eine hohe Affinität für Zahlen
- Teamplayer (m/w/d) mit einem ausgeprägten Verantwortungsbewusstsein und einem hohen Maß an Eigeninitiative
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch

**Über uns**:
Die Abteilung "Policies & Projects" als Teil des Group Accountings der MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group ist verantwortlich für die internationale Bilanzierungsrichtlinie, die internationale Warenbewertung & Inventur, sowie für rechnungslegungsrelevante Projekte innerhalb der Gruppe. Innerhalb der Abteilung ist ebenfalls eine Gruppe Mitarbeiter mit IT-Know-How verankert. Ihr Aufgabenfeld ist die technische Unterstützung in Form von Automatisierungen für rechnungslegungsrelevanten Themen sowie die Erstellung von Simulationen und Prototypen.

Als Teil unseres Inventur-Teams betreuen Sie das Thema Inventur in Deutschland sowie international und sind fachlicher Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für unsere Märkte, die internationalen Inventurverantwortlichen und andere Fachbereiche im Unternehmen.
