We are looking for new team members to work either on Receivables or Payables.

As a Finance team member, you cover all financial processes related to our customers or suppliers across all operating markets.

As such, you are a pivotal team member ensuring operational excellence and the financial success of our growing business month over month.


What is the role about?

  • You are an integral part of the Finance Operations team and contribute to the planning, organization and execution of daily operations.
  • You handle billing, refunds and are in charge of tracking payments.
  • You assist the Finance team with reconciling payments and clarifying customer or supplier balances.
  • You verify and process incoming invoices against our internal records to ensure a complete and accurate payment process.
  • You work closely with our key stakeholders in order to resolve queries and handle account clarifications.
  • Over time, you can enlarge your scope and bring your contribution to special projects related to process improvement

What will you need to be successful?

  • You successfully obtained a Bachelor degree in a related field.
  • You work accurately, conscientiously and with team spirit.
  • You are comfortable with MS Office suite (especially Excel) and cloud based solutions such as Google sheets.
  • Ideally you have worked with Salesforce or a similar tool before.
  • You are fluent in English, and German is a plus.
  • You are an openminded and flexible person who does not mind a good challenge.
  • You have an eye for detail and a high standard for the quality of your work.
  • You effectively prioritize various tasks without losing sight of deadlines.
  • You have a background in tourism or are eager to learn more about this industry.
  • And last but not least, a love for travel
