Join AWS Enterprise Support as a Technical Account Manager (TAM)

At AWS Enterprise Support, we are seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) who will work as a trusted advisor to support customers' innovative spirit across various technologies such as Compute, Storage, Database, Big Data / Analytics, Application-level services, Networking, and Serverless, among others. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enabling customers' cloud journey and expanding their knowledge of AWS cloud services to align with their business objectives.

About the Company:

AWS Enterprise Support offers a unique opportunity to work with a team of cloud technologists, enhance your technical, consulting, operational, and leadership skills, and gain mentorship to achieve AWS certifications. This role is within the Strategic Industries team, focusing on supporting global Automotive manufacturers in achieving their goals on AWS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with customers, understand their business needs, and provide support on service disruptions
  • Solve complex support issues using technical skills and troubleshoot technical challenges
  • Advocate for customer requirements and drive new feature development
  • Conduct workshops, operations, and architecture reviews to enhance customer capabilities
  • Ensure operational health of AWS environments, optimize costs, and mitigate risks in customer operations
  • Collaborate with customers at all levels and across various functions within AWS

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in leading technical enterprise teams
  • Strong communication skills to engage with decision makers
  • Operational services or support environment experience
  • Industry experience in Automotive and/or Manufacturing
  • Familiarity with AWS services and other cloud offerings
