- und Preisermittlung für Lohnfertigprodukte und Umsetzungsarbeiten auf Basis der Kostenstruktur der Werke und Entwicklungszentren in Übereinstimmung mit den Konzernrichtlinien
- Key Account & Alliance Management für strategische Auftragsfertigungskunden in der Region
- Verhandlung und Betreuung der Verträge für die Auftragsfertigung
- Projektkoordination (Werk, Kunde, I&D, externe Partner); Überwachung und Steuerung von Zeitplänen, Kosten, Steering, Budgetänderungen bei Projektänderungen für das Contract Manufacturing Geschäft
- Vorbereitung von Präsentationen für Budget Reviews (FC0, FC2, FC3/BUD, etc.), inkl. einer Risikoabschätzung im Zusammenhang mit dem Auftragsfertigungsgeschäft in der Region
- Unterstützung der Werksleiter in bestehenden Lohnfertigungsbetrieben sowie Unterstützung zu den Masterplänen der Produktionsstandorte
- Unterstützung für die Marketingstrategie für das Contract Manufacturing Geschäft (Messen, Anzeigen, Zeitschriftenartikel, Werbematerialien)
- Vertretung von Fresenius Kabi Contract Manufacturing auf Messen, Konferenzen und Ausstellungen
- Abstimmung mit den jeweiligen Geschäftseinheiten (Business Units) in Bezug auf Auslastung der jeweiligen Werke sowie bzgl. des Produktportfolios
- Überblick über Markttrends für die Auftragsfertigung, sowie Identifikation neuer Business Bereiche
Ihr Profil
- Hochschulabschluss vorzugsweise in Naturwissenschaften oder Ingenieurwissenschaften, PhD / Doktoratsstudium von Vorteil
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie in einem internationalen Geschäftsumfeld, idealerweise mit Erfahrung im Bereich von Transferprojekten, Projektmanagement oder MSAT
- Umfassende Vertriebs
- und Account-Management Erfahrung
- Gutes Verständnis bzgl. pharmazeutische Herstellungsverfahren, einschließlich Produktion, QA, QC u. pharmazeutische Entwicklung (QbD)
- Projektmanagement und Führungsqualitäten
- Erfahrung in der Verhandlung von Verträgen mit Lohnfertigern von Vorteil, wie z.B. Geheimhaltungsvereinbarungen, Entwicklungsvereinbarungen und Lieferverträge
- Fließende Englisch
