Our Manufacturing Engineering Team

Our team at the Oberursel site near Frankfurt am Main is responsible for producing high-tech components for various Rolls-Royce engine programs. We are also a maintenance center for small gas turbines for various military applications.

Your Role

As a Werkstudent in our Manufacturing Engineering team, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting our Manufacturing Engineers in new product launches and serial production
• Creating and revising technical manufacturing instructions, such as inspection documents, technical drawings, and technical reports
• Participating in product introduction, quality, and cost improvement projects
• Analyzing measurement data using statistical process control and qualitative methods to optimize part and process quality

Requirements

• Enrolled student in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field, preferably in a Master's program with a recent or upcoming Bachelor's degree
• Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in MS-Excel
• Existing basic knowledge of CAD systems (Siemens NX) and SAP is desirable
• Quick understanding, reliability, and teamwork skills
• Good English and German language skills in writing and speaking

Contract Details

The contract is limited to one year with the possibility of extension.
