TasksZum Verantwortungsbereich gehört:
- Gestaltung, Verhandlung und Koordination von Lizenzverträgen mit Filmproduktionsfirmen (Einkauf) und internationalen Kunden (Filmverleiher, TV-Sender, Streamer), sowie vertragsverwandter Dokumente
- Erstellung von Eigentumserklärungen und Vervollständigung aller steuerbezogenen Unterlagen, die für internationale Verkäufe erforderlich sind
- Verfolgung des Status von Vereinbarungen mit Produzenten und Vertriebspartnern, um sicherzustellen, dass Vertragsregelungen eingehalten werden
- Einholung, Bewertung und Kontrolle von Auswertungsinformationen und Lizenzabrechnungen von laufenden Lizenzverträgen inklusive der Erstellung und Abwicklung von Verzugshinweisen bis hin zu Vertragsauflösungen
- Erfassung und Pflege sämtlicher Vertrags- und Auswertungsinformationen in der Lizenzmanagement- und Vertragsdatenbank, sowie auf dem Firmenserver und in Papierform
- Kommunikation mit Vertragspartnern sowohl direkt als auch im Namen anderer Teamkollegen
- Unternehmensarbeit, einschließlich der Gründung von Unternehmen und der Ausarbeitung von Beschlüssen und Zustimmungen
- Andere Ad-hoc-Projekte nach Bedarf
Qualifikationen und Anforderungen:
- Bachelor-Abschluss erforderlich mit wirtschaftlicher oder juristischer Ausprägung
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im juristischen und/oder kaufmännischen Bereich bevorzugt
- Sorgfältige und pro-aktive, sowie lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise ist Voraussetzung
- Grundkenntnisse im Medienrecht und (inter-)nationaler Filmgesetzgebung und vertraglicher Umsetzung
- starkes Interesse an der eigenständigen Erarbeitung von Marktkenntnissen und Akteuren der Filmwirtschaft
- Hervorragende Fähigkeiten zur Erarbeitung und Erstellung von Lösungskonzepten
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches und strukturiertes Denkvermögen sowie Liebe zum Detail
- Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig auszuführen, eigenständig zu priorisieren und effektiv, sowie termingerecht in einem Team zu erarbeiten
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Microsoft Office und Affinität zu Datenbank Management
