Position Overview

We are in search of a Senior License Manager to enhance our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluating and interpreting licensing agreements and terms
  • Offering specialized knowledge on licensing matters
  • Enhancing software asset management through thorough cost-benefit assessments
  • Facilitating and managing contract negotiations and vendor audits
  • Overseeing license and usage agreements, tracking license contracts, and maintaining license inventories
  • Creating and executing policies, procedures, and metrics for customized licensing
  • Ensuring adherence to and continuous enhancement of established license management protocols

  • Familiarity with contemporary licensing frameworks and software structures
  • Comprehension of Open Source licensing
