Dazu vereint Join Impact als Dachorganisation 4 Impact Startups: GoVolunteer, GoNature, Hautfarben, MACHWERK.
GoVolunteer ist Deutschlands größte Freiwilligen-Community. Über soziales Engagement ermöglichen wir Begegnung und Austausch. Seit 2015 bringen wir deutschlandweit soziale Projekte mit Menschen zusammen, die helfen möchten.
Für unser Projekt "Du für Berlin" brauchen wir Dich
"Du für Berlin" unterstützt Menschen mit Flucht- und Migrationserfahrung beim Start ins soziale Engagement in einer digitalisierten Welt. Wir ermöglichen gesellschaftliche Teilhabe online und offline: Durch ein gemeinnütziges Engagement bauen Teilnehmer:innen persönliche Beziehungen auf, sammeln Erfahrungen in der Arbeitswelt und verbessern im Austausch mit "Locals" ihre Sprachkenntnisse. So erhält jede:r die Chance, individuelle Fähigkeiten sinnstiftend zum Einsatz zu bringen.
Welche Aufgaben warten auf Dich?
- Teilnehmer:innen-Ansprache: Gemeinsam mit unserem Kommunikationsteam überlegst Du, wie wir unsere Zielgruppe am besten erreichen und als Teilnehmer:innen für unser Programm gewinnen: Von der persönlichen Ansprache über den Einsatz von Multiplikator:innen bis zur Social-Media-Kampagne.
- Betreuung & Beratung: Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für alle Teilnehmer:innen, d.h. für Menschen mit Flucht- und Migrationshintergrund. Du berätst und coachst die Newcomer:innen auf ihrem Weg in ein soziales Engagement, unterstützt in Konfliktsituationen und hilfst beim Aufbau neuer Netzwerke.
- Community Building: Du entwickelst ein vielfältiges und ansprechendes Eventangebot, um Austausch zwischen Teilnehmer:innen, Partnerorganisationen und der GoVolunteer-Community zu ermöglichen.
- Networking: Du vertrittst unser Programm nach außen, nimmst an relevanten Netzwerktreffen und Konferenzen teil, präsentierst "Du für Berlin" bei Veranstaltungen und baust Kooperationen mit Partnerorganisationen auf.
Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Teampower: Gemeinsam sind wir stark – bei GoVolunteer haben wir großen Spaß daran zusammenzuarbeiten und einander zu inspirieren.
- Selbstorganisation: Du arbeitest eigenständig auf Ziele hin und stellst Fragen, wenn Du mal nicht weiterkommst.
- Kreativität: Du hast eigene Ideen. Viele Wege führen zum Ziel und Deinen kennen wir noch nicht.
- People Person: Du bist ein offener Mensch und hast Spaß daran, Menschen zusammenzubringen und so neue Freundschaften und Kooperation zu ermöglichen.
- Sprachtalent & Sprachvermittlung**:** Du sprichst fließend Deutsch. Weitere Sprachkenntnisse, wie Arabisch, Persisch oder Ukrainisch sind ein Plus.
- Interkulturelle Sensibilität: Du hast Affinität zum Thema Flucht und Migration.
- Organisationstalent: Du behältst stets den Überblick, auch wenn es mal drunter und drüber geht. Strukturiertes Arbeiten ist Dir wichtig und Excel Sheets bereiten Dir keine Kopfschmerzen.
- Beratungskompetenz: Du hast ein offenes Ohr für die Newcomer:innen und unterstützt sie gern bei der Lösungsfindung.

- Never forget to have fun Team-Events lassen uns noch enger zusammenwachsen, daher endet die Woche bei uns entspannt mit Bier oder Apfelschorle.
Praktika bei Join Impact dauern typischerweise 3 Monate und können leider nicht vergütet werden. Eine Fortsetzung der Tätigkeit im Rahmen einer Werkstudent:innenstelle ist in Einzelfällen möglich.
