Job Description

We are seeking a Social Worker / Social Educator / Social Education Specialist (m/w/d) in Vocational Education to join our team in a part-time (30 hours/week) position. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing comprehensive social education and support to our participants, including those with multiple barriers to employment and/or psychological impairments.
  • Coordinating and planning vocational training programs with a focus on work placements with additional remuneration.
  • Contributing to personnel planning, team development, and quality development processes.
  • Supporting and controlling the reporting and documentation process.
  • Maintaining and expanding our existing network.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A completed (Fach-)Hochschulstudium in Social Pedagogy, Pedagogy, or a related field, or equivalent qualifications such as a Special Pedagogical Additional Qualification (SPZ) in combination with a vocational training qualification.
  • Experience working with individuals with multiple barriers to employment and/or psychological impairments.
  • Specific knowledge of the labor market and the Social Code Books II and III.
  • Practical experience in the field of integration promotion and adult education.
  • A passion for ongoing professional development in the areas of employment and social work.
  • High communication and counseling skills, as well as gender and intercultural competence.
  • A self-motivated, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work.
