About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will strategize and implement initiatives aimed at supporting individuals from refugee and migration backgrounds in their journey towards social engagement.
- Strategic Development: Formulate innovative strategies to attract and engage individuals from refugee and migration backgrounds in our programs.
- Outreach Initiatives: Organize informational sessions and connect with potential participants through various channels.
- Partnership Building: Cultivate relationships with external partners and stakeholders to enhance the visibility of our programs.
- Brand Development: Contribute to the visual identity of our organization through design and content creation.
- Content Production: Create compelling content such as interviews, articles, and videos that showcase participants' volunteer experiences.
- Collaborative Spirit: Work effectively with team members and contribute to a positive organizational culture.
- Organizational Expertise: Manage tasks efficiently and demonstrate proficiency in project management tools.
- Effective Communication: Present information confidently and engage with individuals from various backgrounds.
- Willingness to Travel: Be prepared to travel within the region for outreach activities.
- Social Media Proficiency: Utilize social media platforms effectively for outreach and engagement purposes.
