Aufgaben
  • Als Lead Buyer ist Ihre Hauptaufgabe das strukturierte Management und die strategische Ausrichtung der Warengruppe sowie die fachliche Führung der Local Buyer
  • Die systematische Umsetzung der vereinbarten Ziele im Einkauf gehört ebenfalls in Ihren Verantwortungsbereich
  • Sie führen nationale und internationale Beschaffungsvorgänge sowie Beschaffungsmarktanalysen durch
  • Darüber hinaus sind Sie zuständig für den Aufbau strategischer Lieferantenbeziehungen u.a. durch die Suche, Auswahl und Qualifizierung geeigneter Lieferanten
  • Sie werden außerdem Verhandlungen mit Lieferanten selbständig vorbereiten und führen, bei Bedarf werden Sie dabei durch Juristen unterstützt
  • Als spannendes Zusatzthema haben Sie die Initiierung von Make- or Buy-Entscheidungen
  • Die Identifizierung und Umsetzung von Kostensenkungspotentialen sowie Qualitätsverbesserungsmaßnahmen rundet Ihren Tätigkeitsbereich ab

Profil
  • Sie bringen ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Dipl.-Ing., Dipl.-Wirt. Ing., Dipl.- Wirt. Jurist), Bachelor oder Master oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit fachspezifischer Berufserfahrung mit
  • Sie überzeugen darüber hinaus mit Ihren sehr guten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten und durch Ihre strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sie zeichnen sich darüber hinaus durch Ihre technischen Produktkenntnisse aus
  • Sie sind offen für berufliche Reisetätigkeiten im In- und Ausland
  • Sie verfügen über gute SAP- und Microsoft Office Kenntnisse
  • Fleißende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab
